What I make today is still very much connected to that feeling. My work is detailed, mostly monochrome and made by hand, but more than anything, it is my way of slowing down and getting lost in the process.

A life redrawn,
one pen stroke at a time.
I didn’t grow up knowing that I would become an artist.
For the longest time, I was quite far away from anything remotely artistic. I spent years working in the corporate world, following a very different kind of routine.
The beginning
Then life changed
a little.
I moved back home to Jammu, stepped away from my corporate career, and suddenly found myself with a lot more time and no real idea what to do with it.
So I started drawing.
There was no big plan behind it. I wasn’t thinking about starting a business or building a brand. I was simply enjoying the process of sitting down and creating something with my hands.
And then I kept going.
I became fascinated by how a blank space could slowly turn into something so intricate. And somewhere along the way, those little drawings became Etchings.

The lesson
I think Etchings has also taught me something about myself: not everything needs to begin with a plan. Sometimes you just have to start with something you enjoy and see where it takes you.
